The room felt cramped. it was difficult to move around with luggage. the breakfast area was too small. It became crowded. staff did not seem to manage the breakfast service effectively. some trays were often empty. This was frustrating.

i could leave my luggage before check-in. i went to participate in the tunnel to tower 5k. the receptionist was friendly. the staff kept it for me while i did the 5k.

the room had a musty smell. it hit me as soon as i walked in. there was a strong wet smell like must and mold. the ice machine was broken. there were no trash bags in the room.
